First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at why certain cancer drugs cause serious heart or lung damage in some patients but not others. Researchers will take skin or blood cells from 20 people who had extreme side effects and turn them into heart cells in a lab to study the reaction. The goal is to find clues that could help predict or prevent these dangerous side effects in future patients.
