770 cancer patients help unlock secrets of immunotherapy

Summary
This study aims to find biological markers in blood and tumor samples that predict how well immunotherapy works and what side effects may occur. It will enroll 770 adults with advanced solid cancers like lung, head and neck, melanoma, or bladder cancer who are receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors. Researchers will collect samples at several time points and follow patients until their cancer progresses.
