Scientists test new 'Glow-in-the-Dark' tracer to spot hidden cancers

NCT ID NCT04459273

Summary

This early-phase study is testing a new imaging agent called 68Ga-FAPI-46 to see where it goes in the body of patients with various cancers. Researchers will give participants the tracer and then perform PET/CT scans to see how it collects in both normal and cancerous tissues. The goal is to gather information that could help improve cancer imaging and detection in the future.
