Summary
This study is testing whether combining counseling and education with a placebo pill works better to reduce severe fatigue in people with advanced cancer than counseling alone. It will involve 240 adults with metastatic cancer who have significant, persistent fatigue. The goal is to see if this combination improves quality of life, mood, sleep, and thinking more effectively.
