Summary

This study looks at whether a medication called methylphenidate (often used for ADHD) combined with physical activity can help reduce severe tiredness in people with advanced cancer who are receiving immunotherapy. About 212 patients with metastatic cancer will take part. The goal is to improve energy and quality of life during treatment.
