Summary

This study looks at whether a medication called methylphenidate (often used for ADHD) combined with physical activity can reduce severe tiredness in people with advanced cancer who are on immunotherapy. About 212 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, plus an exercise program. The goal is to improve energy and quality of life during treatment.
