Summary
This study is testing whether a pill called palbociclib can shrink or stop the growth of advanced cancers that have specific genetic changes (CCND1, 2, or 3 amplification). The drug works by blocking proteins that help cancer cells grow. The trial is for adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that have not responded to standard treatments.
