Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of two drugs, veliparib and dinaciclib, when given together to patients with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goal is to find out what side effects occur and determine a safe dose for future testing. The drugs aim to stop cancer cell growth by blocking specific enzymes the cells need.
