Inclusion Criteria: * Adults \> 18 years old * Diagnosis of cancer * ECOG Performance Status of 0-2 * Undergoing or initiating systemic anticancer therapy * Able to utilize and interact with a mobile application and in-home devices for physiological monitoring.
