Summary

This study will test a remote monitoring platform designed to help cancer patients who face barriers like language or lack of insurance. About 50 adults with cancer will use the platform at home to track symptoms and communicate with their care team. The goal is to see if the platform is easy to use and can reduce hospital visits and improve quality of life.
