Summary
This study tests whether canakinumab, a drug that reduces inflammation, can prevent blood cancer in people with CCUS—a condition where blood counts are low and certain gene mutations raise cancer risk. About 110 adults with high-risk CCUS will receive either canakinumab or a placebo. The goal is to see if blocking inflammation can stop the progression to leukemia or related cancers.
