New drug hope for rare bone marrow cancer

Summary
This study tests a drug called canakinumab in people with myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow disorder. The goal is to see if it can shrink the spleen, improve anemia, or reduce symptoms. About 14 to 26 adults will receive injections every 3 weeks for 8 cycles. The study is currently recruiting.
