Summary
This study tested a new drug, CAN10, for the first time in humans. It aimed to see if the drug is safe and how the body handles it. The trial included 80 healthy adults and people with mild to moderate plaque psoriasis. The drug was given as a single dose to healthy volunteers and as multiple doses to those with psoriasis.
