Summary
This study looked at 150 adults with COPD to see if a decline in exercise performance during pulmonary rehabilitation could predict when a flare-up (exacerbation) might happen. Researchers tracked changes in physical capacity and compared them to hospital admissions and symptom scores. The goal was to find a simple way to catch worsening health early.
