Summary

This study tests whether eating special healthy cookies high in linoleic acid for 8 weeks can improve sleep quality in overweight adults with insomnia. Sixteen participants will eat cookies daily and have their sleep, blood fats, and activity levels measured. The goal is to see if a simple dietary change can help people sleep better.
