Summary
This study will look back at medical records of 800 children with mild head injuries to see if common blood tests (like white blood cell count and glucose levels) can predict which kids actually need a head CT. The goal is to create a scoring system that helps doctors make better decisions, reducing unnecessary radiation exposure. No new treatments are being tested—this is purely about improving diagnosis.
