Summary
This study will look back at medical records of 800 children with mild traumatic brain injury to see if routine blood tests (like white blood cell count, CRP, and glucose) can predict which kids actually need a head CT scan. The goal is to create a scoring system that helps doctors make better decisions, reducing unnecessary radiation exposure in children. The study does not test any new treatment or drug.
