First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab with either an EGFR antibody or chemotherapy can help people with advanced head and neck cancer live longer and keep the cancer from coming back. About 246 adults aged 18-75 with stage III-IVb squamous cell carcinoma will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and works better than current treatments.
