This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab to either an EGFR antibody or chemotherapy helps people with advanced head and neck cancer live longer. About 246 adults with stage III or IV head and neck cancer will receive the treatment before and after surgery. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival and tumor response compared to standard care.
