NCT ID NCT07400094
First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab and two chemotherapy drugs before surgery can help shrink advanced head and neck cancers (stage III-IVA) in the mouth or voice box. Fifty adults with resectable tumors will receive three cycles of the combo, then undergo surgery. The goal is to see how many patients have no or very few cancer cells left after treatment, and whether this approach improves long-term outcomes compared to standard care.
