First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted chemotherapy infusion directly into the liver's blood supply (HAIC) to two immunotherapy drugs (camrelizumab and apatinib) helps people with advanced liver cancer that has invaded the portal vein live longer. About 214 participants who have not had prior systemic treatment will be randomly assigned to receive either the three-drug combo or just the two immunotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see if the triple therapy improves overall survival.
