Summary
This study tests whether adding a liver-directed chemotherapy infusion to a two-drug immunotherapy regimen can help people with advanced liver cancer that has spread to the main vein of the liver. About 214 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the triple therapy or the two-drug combination alone. The main goal is to see if the triple therapy helps people live longer.
