NCT ID NCT07143383
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a new program for young people aged 11-18 who are already getting therapy for emotional issues like anxiety or depression. The program pairs them with a trained worker who helps them find community activities (like sports, arts, or volunteering) that match their interests. The goal is to see if this approach is practical, acceptable to teens and staff, and whether it can improve mental health and wellbeing. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or a simple information leaflet.
