Summary
This study tests whether limiting calories before surgery can reduce wound complications in adults with soft tissue sarcoma of the leg. Participants will receive radiation therapy followed by surgery, and some will follow a calorie-restricted diet. The goal is to see if this approach improves physical function and speeds up wound healing.
