New online tool aims to calm anxiety in pregnant veterans

Summary

This study is testing a web-based program called Calm Moms for pregnant veterans who have experienced trauma and are feeling anxious, stressed, or down. The program uses proven techniques to help manage these symptoms and is tailored to the unique concerns of pregnancy. About 36 participants will try the program and report on how helpful and easy to use it is.
