Tracking a leukemia Drug's staying power in kids

NCT ID NCT07221656

Summary

This study aims to measure how long a specific drug (calaspargase pegol) remains at an effective level in the blood of children being treated for leukemia or lymphoma. Researchers will enroll 20 pediatric patients to track the drug's activity over time. They also want to see if higher peak drug levels or longer activity are connected to increased side effects.
