NCT ID NCT06289504

First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This completed Phase 1 study in 34 adults with overweight or obesity examined whether CagriSema (a combination of cagrilintide and semaglutide) changes how the body processes atorvastatin (a cholesterol drug) and warfarin (a blood thinner). Participants took single doses of atorvastatin and warfarin before and after reaching steady-state levels of CagriSema. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and the effect of warfarin, helping guide safe co-prescribing.
