Could a caffeine boost shield preterm Babies' kidneys?

Summary
This study tests whether giving extra caffeine to very premature babies (born before 30 weeks) can improve oxygen levels in their kidneys and reduce kidney injury. About 114 babies will receive either an extra dose of caffeine or a placebo, and their kidney and brain oxygen levels will be monitored. The goal is to find a safe way to protect kidney health in these fragile newborns.
