Summary
This study looked at how caffeine and L-theanine, taken alone or together, affect physical and cognitive performance in 20 healthy competitive athletes aged 18-30. Each participant completed four test sessions, receiving either caffeine, L-theanine, both, or a placebo. The goal was to see if these supplements improve strength, endurance, and hand-eye coordination.
