First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at how different ways of taking caffeine affect muscle growth and strength in 180 young men who don't normally drink caffeine or exercise. Participants will follow two 4-week workout programs, each time using a different caffeine plan: daily low doses, slowly increasing doses, or caffeine only on workout days. The goal is to see which approach best helps build muscle and improve strength.
