Summary

This study looks at whether taking caffeine in the morning can help healthy male athletes think and cycle better. Fifteen men aged 18-35 who don't drink much caffeine will try caffeine, a placebo, or no pill on different mornings. Researchers will measure their cycling speed and mental tests to see if caffeine makes a difference.
