First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking caffeine in the morning can help healthy men aged 18-35 perform better on a 4-km cycling test and cognitive tasks. Fifteen participants will be tested after taking caffeine, a placebo, or no pill at all. The goal is to see if caffeine can offset the natural dip in morning performance.
