Summary
This study looks at whether taking 300 mg of caffeine can improve thinking and repeated sprint performance in the morning for healthy men aged 18-35. Participants will do sprints and memory tests after taking caffeine, a placebo, or nothing. The goal is to see if caffeine can offset the natural dip in morning performance.
