Summary
This study tested a 3-week program that helps cancer patients identify their personal strengths (like hobbies, social support, or personal qualities) and use them to cope better. 32 adults with different cancers took part. The program was found to be acceptable and feasible, and it may help improve emotional well-being and reduce fatigue.
