Summary
This study tests whether adding a new immunotherapy drug (cadonilimab) to chemotherapy before the usual chemoradiation can shrink tumors better in people with locally advanced cervical cancer. About 29 participants will receive the combination, then standard treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves response rates and delays cancer progression.
