First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tested a combination of three drugs (cabozantinib, abiraterone, and nivolumab) alongside standard hormone therapy in 18 men with metastatic prostate cancer that still responds to hormone treatment. The main goal was to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers also looked at how well the treatment controlled the cancer, such as by lowering PSA levels.
