New combo therapy targets Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs—cabozantinib (a targeted therapy) and 177Lu-PSMA-617 (a radioactive drug)—in men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can slow cancer growth. About 33 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
