Summary
This study tested a version of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that was adapted to fit the culture of earthquake survivors in Türkiye. 60 adults who experienced the earthquake and had high levels of distress took part. The therapy aimed to reduce their psychological distress, lessen depressive symptoms, and improve overall well-being.
