New therapy offers hope for earthquake Survivors' mental health

Summary

This study tested a version of cognitive behavioral therapy adapted for Turkish culture to help adults who experienced the earthquakes. 60 survivors with high psychological distress took part. The goal was to see if this therapy could reduce distress and depressive symptoms and improve well-being.
