Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding an experimental drug (CA-4948) to the immunotherapy pembrolizumab can help patients with advanced bladder cancer whose tumors no longer respond to standard immunotherapy. The study will enroll 27 adults and focus on safety, side effects, and finding the best dose. It is not a cure, but aims to regain control of the cancer.
