New combo targets Hard-to-Treat pancreatic cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called CA-4948 added to standard chemotherapy for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread or can't be removed. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. About 43 adults whose cancer got worse after other treatments will take part.
