New stapling device aims for faster C-Sections and Better-Looking scars
NCT ID NCT07167199
Summary
This study aims to find out if using a special device that places absorbable staples under the skin leads to faster C-section surgeries and better-looking scars compared to the standard method of using stitches. It will involve about 237 women having a planned C-section. Researchers will measure how long the surgery takes, how the scar looks as it heals, and how much pain women experience afterward.
