This study looked at whether giving the antibiotic vancomycin helps cancer patients with diarrhea who test positive for a mild form of C. difficile bacteria. The trial planned to include 30 patients but only enrolled 9. Researchers measured changes in C. difficile levels in stool and gut health over 90 days.
