Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called BYON4413 in 16 people whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic neoplasms (MDS) have returned or not responded to standard treatments. The drug is an antibody-drug conjugate designed to deliver a toxic payload directly to cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also looking for signs that the drug can shrink or eliminate the cancer.
