Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called BYON4228, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and see if tumors shrink. Only 7 participants are enrolled, so results are very preliminary.
