New hope for tough pancreatic cancer: combo therapy tested

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, BXCL701 and pembrolizumab, in people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if this treatment can stop the cancer from growing for at least 18 weeks. About 22 participants will receive the drugs and be closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
