Summary
This early-phase trial tests a personalized vaccine (Bvax) made from each patient's tumor, given alongside standard chemoradiotherapy for newly diagnosed glioblastoma. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and can help control the cancer. About 25 adults with glioblastoma will take part.
