Summary

This study tests whether buspirone, a medication used for anxiety, can safely reduce anxiety symptoms in autistic youth aged 7 to 17. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety severity over 16 weeks. The goal is to see if this drug is a good treatment option for this group.
