New online program aims to fight burnout for frontline addiction workers

Summary
This study is testing a new online training program called PATH, designed to help peer support workers who provide harm reduction services. The program combines educational modules with weekly group meetings to discuss real cases. Researchers want to see if this training reduces burnout and improves job satisfaction for 100 workers and their supervisors.
