NCT ID NCT07218562
Summary
This study is testing a new online training and support program called PATH, designed to help peer support specialists who work in harm reduction services. The program aims to reduce burnout, increase job satisfaction, and improve the quality of care they provide. About 100 workers and their supervisors will try the 15-hour program, which mixes online lessons with group video meetings to discuss real cases.
